Call for Abstracts

Poster Presentation

• The poster presentation will be held using digital poster system in English.
• The posters will be open on the website during the symposium.
• Presenters must submit the data for digital posters. Details of the format will be sent later.

Digital Poster Instructions and Submission

• Digital posters must be uploaded by Monday, June 20.
• Please use the PowerPoint template for a wide screen (16:9) for your digital poster.
• Please be sure to keep to your allotted 4 minutes.
• Presentations must be submitted as a PDF file.
• Please use the following format when naming your files:
  Last name_First name_First few words of your abstract title.
• You may label any or all slides as “DO NOT POST”. Attendees will be asked to respect presenters’ requests in these instances and refrain from posting any images from these designated slides on social media. When possible, place the "DO NOT POST" text in the bottom center of the slide.

Abstract Submission

• Please click the following button "Call for Abstracts".
• Your abstract file must include the following items:
  Title, Author's name and co-author's name (underline presenter), Author's affiliation,
  Body of abstract (up to 250 words), Keywords (up to 3 phrases)

Once you fill out the form "Call for Abstracts", both abstract submission and registration will be completed.
